To keep pace with our explosive growth, Playwire is seeking a Graphic Designer. The Graphic Designer will take conceptual direction and work collaboratively with the Creative team to create designs and layouts based on requirements to meet the creative objectives of world-class brands and clients, as well as in-house marketing projects. Contribute by suggesting fresh ideas, designing mockups, delivering quality design work, and being a team player.

Essential Functions:

  • Help to manage Playwire’s brand and design, building an exciting and cohesive look across company collateral
  • Design and format sales decks, one-sheets, and handouts for digital distribution
  • Create graphics and animations independently and take direction in a team-based environment
  • Edit image for print, web, and interactive mediums
  • Design high-impact and interactive custom rich-media ad campaigns for world-class brands with strict design guidelines
  • Work on deadline and on-brand, using a variety of programs to design storyboards and comps for a wide variety of formats
  • Generate mocks for pitching and proposals
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects at once
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed
  • Adhere to ad specs and direction outlined by the creative director and client
  • Understand ad specs and adhere to Playwire’s standards of design
  • Incorporate changes recommended by the client and creative director, and amend designs after feedback
  • Understand the importance of following a brand guide document to ensure that assets are on brand, on strategy, and accurately executed based on approved assets and style guidelines
  • Maintains a high level of knowledge and skill with all computer software related to the design and production of ads
  • Ensures and maintains a positive environment with team members


  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent
  • 2+ years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Have a diverse creative portfolio that showcases an in-depth understanding of modern design practices.
  • Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Ability to design storyboards/comps for engaging interactive experiences
  • Amazing attention to detail
  • Able to give and receive constructive criticism
  • Manage time and work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
  • Have an excellent understanding of design fundamentals including layout and composition
  • Desire to learn and contribute in a creative, collaborative environment
