To keep pace with our explosive growth, we are currently expanding and looking to fill an entry level position as an Account Coordinator.

The Account Coordinator provides administrative support to the Sales Team by way of the Account Manager.

Essential Functions:

  • Completes tasks assigned by the Account Manager in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assists in creating reports, processing Insertion Orders, completing Spec Sheets, creating screenshot decks, etc.
  • Helps maintain internal databases
  • Tracks campaign performance and provides analysis and recommendations to Account Manager
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management


  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent
  • 1 year sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong multitasking and organizational capabilities
  • Proven characteristics or consistent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
