Position Title: Account Coordinator

Supervisor: Manager, Account Services

Department: Account Services

Location: US HQ

Summary of Position: The Account Coordinator is an integral part of the Account Services Team, responsible for collaborating with Direct Sales Team, implementing and overseeing ad campaigns.

Essential Functions:

Looking for a tech savvy, personable, team player who:

  • Will work alongside Account Manager, overseeing ad trafficking, creation, reporting, and screenshots
  • Optimize ad campaigns
  • Monitor campaigns throughout life cycle
  • Effectively communicate issues to team
  • QA or troubleshoot 3rd party tags, flash files and other advertiser-provided creatives
  • Provide technical support to internal team
  • Coordinate with Ad Ops team to provide assistance in identifying, reporting and resolving technical issues
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management


  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent
  • 2+ years’ experience working in advertising; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience using ad server preferred
  • Knowledge of internet advertising terms preferred
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office
  • Proven characteristics of consistent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Motivated, energetic team player
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational capabilities
  • Accurate and efficient data entry
  • Effective verbal and communication skills
