Playwire is a full-service digital innovation partner that leverages online advertising and proprietary technologies to build publishing brands in the gaming and entertainment verticals. To keep pace with our explosive growth, we are currently seeking an Account Coordinator to provides administrative support to the Sales Team by way of the Account Manager.

Essential Functions:

  • Completes tasks assigned by the Account Manager in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assists in creating reports, processing Insertion Orders, completing Spec Sheets, creating screenshot decks, and other campaign-related tasks
  • Helps maintain internal databases for Sales and Account Management staff
  • Tracks campaign performance and provide analysis and recommendations to Account Manager
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Account Management


  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent
  • 1-year sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong multitasking and organizational capabilities
  • Proven characteristics or consistent accuracy, attention to detail, and time management
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
