As a Client Strategy Manager will help drive our company's revenue growth by developing and executing strategic initiatives to secure sponsorship opportunities and drive client success. Working closely with the EVP Sales, Partner Success, and other key stakeholders, you will be responsible for crafting compelling go-to-market strategies, developing sales materials, and ensuring seamless client transitions post-sale.

Summary of Position

  • Collaborate with EVP Sales, Partner Success, and anchor partners to identify and assess sponsorship opportunities.
  • Define comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including targets, messaging, and storytelling approaches.
  • Work with EVP Sales, CXO, Head of Account Solutions, and Ad Operations to develop innovative packaging solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Develop visually appealing and informative sales materials.
  • Present sales materials to the sales team, ensuring clear understanding and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, supporting the sales team during client calls as needed.
  • Collaborate with Account Solutions and key partners to ensure a smooth transition post-sale and drive ongoing client success.
  • Develop frameworks and off-the-shelf packages for rapid response RFPs that enable the sales team to manage quick turn responses and streamline larger proposals
  • Develop and maintain overarching sales materials, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain publisher-specific sales materials.
  • Work with sales leadership, Marketing, and Creative services Craft an overarching "ecosystem" story for key verticals and audiences, showcasing the value proposition of our offerings (e.g., Entertainment, Gaming).


  • 5 + years of proven experience in a strategic sales or client-facing role, preferably in the digital advertising or media industry.
  • Strong understanding of sponsorship and advertising sales processes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Office Suite, particularly strong at Google Slides/PowerPoint presentations.
  • Experience with Photoshop or similar tools a plus
