To keep pace with our explosive growth, We are looking for a driven, outgoing, and experienced digital advertising sales professional with demonstrated success in developing, managing, and growing a high-opportunity territory. This Senior Account Executive will be part of our rapidly growing team and will be responsible for growing Playwire’s COPPA Kids portfolio success with our clients, agencies and sales team.

The position requires outstanding prospecting, sales, communication, and organizational skills. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining deep relationships on the client and agency side and must have a full understanding of digital advertising. Optimal candidates will have existing ad agency relationships in stated markets and be willing to prospect with purpose and a competitive edge.

Essential Functions:

  • Minimum of 3 years in kids online ad sales with a responsibility of at least $3mm-$5mm
  • Track record of developing long-term relationships with a wide variety of clients and agencies in the kids advertising space
  • Strong knowledge and experience of working with COPPA regulations
  • Self-motivated hunter that exhibits strong self-management and strategic thinking
  • Works intelligently and with a sense of urgency
  • Embraces the art of customer service and communication
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively with other people and departments in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
  • CRM experience highly preferred and at a minimum embraced
  • Meet and exceed Quarterly and Annual Sales Goal
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; or equivalent
  • 3+ years of digital media sales experience specifically in the kids vertical
  • Deep knowledge of kids digital media advertising trends
  • Proven track record of exceeding both individual and team quotas
  • Demonstrate an ability to think creatively, sell strategically, and communicate efficiently internally and externally
  • Clearly and effectively convey your passion and product knowledge in a polished manner
  • Display a passionate, positive, and problem solving attitude
  • Overwhelming desire to win, and to continually improve your personal and professional skills
  • Experience working with top digital media planning/buying agencies in the respective region
  • Strong presentation skills
