Sales leader in AdTech industry with two decades of experience will drive new revenue growth and deepen partner relationships at Playwire

Jason Bowman joins Playwire with over 20 years of media sales experience, most recently as Head of Strategic Growth Partnerships at The Weather Channel. Prior to that, Bowman led sales teams in the AdTech and content space, notably at Viacom and National Geographic. Here he drove revenue growth and established business relationships using his extensive connections within the industry. Throughout his media career, Bowman has cultivated strategic advertising partnerships with a long list of fortune 500 firms, including Disney, Universal, Wal-Mart, and Target. 

At Playwire, Bowman will be responsible for strengthening the company’s existing partner relationships with name-brands like, Overwolf, Collider, Party City, and Barnes & Noble, while also creating new opportunities using his connections with a variety of clients and agencies. His in-depth understanding of programmatic digital advertising will enable him to quickly become a value-add for Playwire’s partners and other brands looking to monetize their user bases. Bowman will also play a critical role in shaping Playwire’s sales and revenue growth strategies going forward.
