Account Manager

Full Job Description

Do you thrive on building relationships, solving problems, and driving growth? At Playwire, we’re looking for an Account Manager who can wear many hats and have a blast doing it.

This isn’t your typical account role—we’re talking about someone who can optimize publisher accounts, foster strong relationships, and deliver stellar results with our inventory. If you love juggling strategy, communication, and data (while keeping things fun), you might just be our next rockstar.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the go-to for our strategic partners—answering questions and solving challenges quickly and professionally.
  • Manage key accounts while juggling day-to-day requests like a pro.
  • Keep partners engaged with a steady rhythm of communication so Playwire always stays top of mind.
  • Lead executive-level interactions, including quarterly business reviews and big-picture brainstorming sessions.
  • Stay sharp on new product releases, industry updates, and digital ad standards.
  • Partner with our Creative and Ad Ops teams to deliver smooth custom executions.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Partner Support to bring new relationships to life.
  • Spot growth opportunities, pitch smart ideas, and help partners maximize performance.
  • Dive into data (Google Analytics, Tableau, MOAT, and beyond) to surface insights and drive results.
  • Own a book of business between $500K and $2M—and make it thrive.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)—bonus points if you know digital advertising inside and out.
  • 3+ years working with websites, digital ads, and ad servers (Google Ad Manager experience = gold).
  • 3+ years working with analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Tableau, and MOAT.
  • Confidence managing revenue streams from $500K to $2M.
  • Tech-savvy with Google Suite, advanced Excel skills, and CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Master of details with excellent organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • A natural communicator—both written and verbal—with a knack for customer service.
  • Someone who’s eager to learn, adapt, and run with new challenges.
