To access Amazon Publisher Services such as TAM, you must have at least 5,000 unique site visitors per day. 

Amazon TAM doesn’t currently charge publishers for service usage. Bidders pay a fee of $0.01 CMP, and publishers are responsible for obtaining a contract agreement with every demand partner they wish to work with.
