We're on the hunt for a Account Coordinator to join our fantastic team. You'll be the hero behind the scenes, providing ongoing support to our long-tail partner accounts and working hand-in-hand with our all-star Account Management, Tech Solutions, and Yield teams. Get ready to dive into a world of partner inquiries, account magic, and uncovering epic growth opportunities! You'll report directly to our Senior Account Manager, Team Lead.
Essential Functions: (What you'll do)
- Assist partners in addressing questions and concerns regarding their accounts, ensuring exceptional service.
- Configure partner accounts, including ad tag configuration, revenue shares, and account activation.
- Respond to inbound tickets efficiently through the support system, maintaining a high level of responsiveness.
- Conduct outreach to partners to support their advertising needs
- Keep internal teams informed about partner statuses within our network, fostering effective collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date on all new products and processes relevant to supporting partners.
- Provide administrative assistance to Account Managers as required to facilitate partner success.
- Assist with team-wide and company-wide projects and initiatives to promote a collaborative environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility in task execution
Requirements: (Qualifications)
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management or digital advertising, or an equivalent combo of education and experience.
- Basic knowledge of websites and digital advertising – you speak the language of the internet!
- Working knowledge of Google Suite and Excel – your digital toolkit is sharp!
- Exceptional attention to detail – you notice everything, even the smallest detail!
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills – you're a master strategist!
- The ability to effectively manage priorities and workflow – you juggle tasks like a circus pro!
