What You'll Do:
As an Account Executive, you'll be instrumental in expanding our market presence and driving revenue. Your responsibilities will include:
- Hit and Exceed Targets: Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals through proactive outreach, engaging virtual meetings, and impactful in-person interactions.
- Drive New Business: Prospect and secure new business opportunities within your assigned territory, building strong relationships with new clients and advertising agencies.
- Cultivate Key Relationships: Develop and nurture high-level client and agency relationships, leveraging a consultative selling approach to deliver targeted digital marketing solutions.
- Master Our Offerings: Gain a deep understanding of Playwire's cutting-edge products and media solutions to effectively position them and strengthen client partnerships.
- Strategic Account Growth: Identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities within existing accounts, providing ongoing client management, performance reviews, and educational support.
- Lead the Sales Cycle: Conduct thorough client needs analyses, pinpointing marketing challenges and developing tailored strategies to address them.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner seamlessly with internal Playwire teams, including planning, marketing, research, account management, and ad operations, to create integrated media plans.
- Maintain Operational Excellence: Adhere to team processes, meticulously update the CRM with deal progress, complete RFPs promptly, and utilize the latest rate cards for all proposals.
- Provide Timely Insights: Regularly update management on your business pipeline, progress toward goals, territory developments, and any opportunities or challenges.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Ensure an outstanding customer experience for all clients.
What You Bring:
You're a driven sales professional with a track record of success in the digital advertising landscape.
- Essential Digital Ad Sales Experience: Significant and proven media sales experience, specifically within the digital advertising space, is required. You have a strong track record of exceeding revenue goals and overachievement in this industry.
- Digital Advertising Expertise: Deep understanding of advertising and media planning/buying. Knowledge of competitive media's strengths and weaknesses is a plus.
- Relationship Building Pro: Demonstrated success in developing and growing a diverse client base and agency relationships.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to develop, present, and sell high-level media strategies and marketing plans to C-Level clients and agency teams.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: A results-driven mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to work independently as a self-starter.
- Strategic & Adaptable: Strong sales skills, capable of creating effective sales promotions and negotiating skillfully in various situations.
