SVP of Marketing and Customer Experience, Stacy Willis, Helps Take Playwire to the Next Level

Get to Know Stacy

An "engineer-turned-marketer," Stacy Willis first joined team Playwire as an independent marketing executive in 2021. With more than a decade of marketing experience, a background in engineering, and an MBA in Business Administration, it didn't take very long for Playwire, and Stacy, to recognize that the two were a pretty perfect fit. With that, Stacy officially joined Playwire as a full-time team member and the Vice President of Marketing in January of 2022.

Within the year, Stacy was promoted to SVP of Marketing, and shortly after to her current role as SVP of Marketing and Customer Experience, where her role generally includes, "creating unmatched education and experiences for publishers of all types, and serving members of the ad tech community."

More specifically, on the customer experience side of things,"Part of [Stacy's] role is ensuring that our publisher experience is perfect," which can be further broken out into three groups, "how we build that publisher experience, how we deliver that publisher experience, and how publishers respond to what we do." On the marketing side of things, "[Stacy's] role is to create educational materials for our publishers."

Stacy went on to express that perhaps her favorite part of her role is the fact that, "we get to build materials that help publishers learn how to better monetize their site, how to grow their user base, and essentially, take their revenue to the next level."

A Shining Example of How to Lead
